As an Asset Integrity Planner, you will support planning and scheduling activities within the Asset Integrity department, focusing on inspection-related work. Your goal will be to prepare budget estimates, develop detailed work packages, and coordinate resource planning to ensure access to piping and equipment for inspections. Your success will come from effectively managing this work to stay within budget constraints while enabling safe and efficient inspection execution.

- Develop detailed work packages for scaffold and insulation work in cooperation with Risk Based and Preventative Maintenance Inspectors
- Plan and manage workforce resources to establish the means (by staging, rope access, manlift equipment, etc.) to allow access to areas for inspection work; report workforce numbers, monitor field work and recommend resource changes to ensure efficient execution within an allotted budget
- Prepare and manage budgets for all risk based inspection access requirements and track to completion
- Communicate regularly with the area team and make recommendation to optimize access work and mitigate risks
- Monitor and manage contract services to assist the execution team lead and procurement ensuring the services are being executed as expected
- Assist in the development of long term detailed work plans, schedules and packages for execution by our contractors
- Mentor junior Planners to aid in their development and further their understanding as a scheduler and/or specialty planner
- Collaborate with a Lead Planner to develop other analytics as required by the construction management or project controls team
- Perform field audits as required to ensure field conditions are aligned to engineering drawings- 5+ years experience with 3+ years working in an Industrial Environment
- Knowledge and understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Experience as a journeyman or supervision in an industrial environment
- Proficiency with all MS Office applications
