Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a factory setting and possess mechanical knowledge, enabling them to contribute effectively to our production goals. This role involves working on an assembly line, utilizing hand and power tools, and ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes.

Duties

- Operate various machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility, including forklifts and assembly line tools.

- Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met.

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the production process.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including assembly line operations.

- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

- Experience operating forklifts is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while following instructions accurately.
