The Assembler III can work independently with little to no supervision. They will also assemble and install high- voltage wiring, small parts, capacitors, switches, and related components into our cabinets to ensure that customer satisfaction is met with every order that goes out. They will also fabricate various sub-assemblies and do other work as required.

Duties/Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned at the manager's discretion.
•Works primarily with other assemblers and consistently meets quality and production standards based on the customer's needs.
•Assembles capacitor racks; installs oil switches, copper fuse holders, insulation, mountings, porcelain, links, and louver covers.
•Drills and installs glastic fittings; builds transformer brackets; verifies correct clearances and hole diameters given blueprints.
•Operates air sander to deburr door handles; operates mini-punches, notches, grinders, band saws, impact wrenches, ratchets, and small hand tools; makes up small hardware parts; cleans and maintains work area.
•Assists the lead and manager with training all new personnel on the team.
•Works independently with little to no supervision.
•Operates forklifts to move pallets and cabinets once proper training and certification have been completed.

Education/Experience
•3–5 years of experience within the field.
