Overview:
7 Compression is seeking a driven and experienced
Area Manager
to oversee field operations, technician performance, and customer service delivery in the College Station region. This is a leadership role that plays a key part in ensuring top-tier service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage a team of field service technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and accountability.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support, ensuring service excellence and prompt issue resolution.

, and overall operational KPIs.
•Assist technicians with advanced troubleshooting, engine swings, and overhauls as needed.

•Lead weekly reporting on fleet status, unit readiness, and trouble unit metrics.
•Collaborate with General Managers and internal departments to align service operations with company goals.
Qualifications:
•Minimum 5 years of experience in gas compression, oilfield services, or similar field-based operational leadership.
•Proven ability to manage field technicians and drive performance through accountability and support.
•Strong mechanical understanding, including the ability to assist with diagnostics and major repairs.
•Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
•Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
•Willingness to travel throughout the assigned area as needed.
•Must live in or be willing to relocate to the
College Station area or nearby counties (Brazos, Burleson, or Washington County).
