Job Description

An Area Lead is responsible for completing the following duties:

- Working leader, punched into jobs when appropriate

- Coaching and development of the team

- Daily Safety

- Daily objectives within the line

- Quality within the line

- Product and material flow

- Process improvement and documentation

- Daily and weekly 5S

- Other duties as assigned
