Summary: The Design Lead is as a member of the architecture & design studio and works alongside a group of individuals to provide architectural services for Sevan's client projects within a dedicated design team. An architectural design professional, accountable for managing and producing accurate design and construction documents for our multi-site clients, and leading and supporting other team members in achieving team goals. Experience with Fuel Station projects and/or big box retail projects is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be highly proficient working in REVIT and proficient working in AutoCAD. Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, is preferred.

Work Conditions & Travel:

This is a hybrid role out of our Downers Grove, IL headquarters, but may be remote based. A highly collaborative environment that flourishes when individual and team contributions combine to achieve target goals and objectives. The workplace is dynamic, fast-paced, and flexible. Able to work remotely in a home office setting and manage time effectively with multiple projects and deadlines. Travel on an as needed basis (0-10%). Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand; walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $70,000 - $90,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
