We have an exciting opportunity for an Architect/Project Designer who is eager to advance their career with an award-winning, full-service design and consulting firm!
At EAPC, our team of professionals including architects, engineers, interior designers, and construction managers work together to create stunning structures and designs for optimum performance.
Responsibilities include:
•Perform architectural assignments with instruction from a Senior Architect, Principal, or Project Manager
•Modify or create documents and drawings and apply established company standards and procedures
•Develop and document architectural solutions for small projects or selected segments of larger projects
•Perform architectural assignments including higher-level work for training/development purposes
•Research, compile, and record information for assigned project work
•Assist in products and systems research
•Produce graphic materials and images for client presentations
•Foster a commitment to external and internal client service
•Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
•Lead independently on small to medium projects with limited input from Principal or Project Manager
•Lead construction administration activities and observations for assigned projects
•Develop specifications for assigned projects
Qualifications:
•Degree in Architecture; B. Arch or M. Arch required
•10+ years of architectural design experience required
•Licensure preferred but not required. Title and duties dependent on licensure status
•Experience with design software including Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite required.
•Organizational skill and ability to prioritize multiple projects
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen to the needs of team members and clients and turn them into action
•Ability to operate basic office equipment, computers, plotters, phones
•Ability to travel to off-site projects and offices
•Must Possess a valid driver's license
•Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
This position will report directly to the Architectural Project Manager/Office Manager and will work as an integrated member of a multi-discipline, in-house team of engineers, architects, and BIM Modelers. Title and responsibilities will be tailored to licensure status and experience level.
