Apex is a privately owned company providing rental equipment, service, and support to the energy industry. As a thriving organization, we are currently seeking a full-time Apprentice Welder to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include:
•
Fitting, cutting, and welding
•
Assisting in welding to repair equipment and parts used for our equipment
•
Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
•
Adhering to all established company policy and procedure
The desirable candidate will:
•
2nd or 3rd year Apprentice
•
Possess oilfield fabrication experience
•
Be capable of interpreting drawings, working independently and being detail-oriented
•
Work safely and follow all company policies and procedures
•
A positive attitude and a desire to learn
•
The ability and desire to perform physical labor
•
A clean class 5 license and the ability to provide a negative drug and alcohol test
