Application Engineer

What You’ll Do:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and commercial teams to develop smart, cost-effective solutions.

- Support project development by ensuring designs are accurate and aligned with timelines and pricing.

- Provide technical input on layouts, schematics, and system optimization to reduce costs and improve performance.

- Lead the proposal process for RFPs, including drawings, technical specs, pricing, and timelines.

- Craft clear, customized proposal content tailored to each project.

- Integrate incentives and rebate opportunities (SRECs, tax credits, SGIP, etc.) into proposals.

- Anticipate and resolve technical or scheduling concerns before they become roadblocks.

- Lead meetings with internal teams and subcontractors to align on project complexity and goals.

What You Bring:

- 1+ year of experience in construction, engineering, or a related technical industry.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- A collaborative mindset and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders.
