The application administrators primary responsibility includes but is not limited to analysis, design, implementation, and support of various enterprise- wide business systems throughout the company. They must have knowledge of various software applications and the basic understanding of the use of such applications; troubleshoot issues for applications installed and maintained by Business Information Systems (BIS). The incumbent must also apply knowledge of IT support techniques across various computer systems and is responsible for end user support, patching, and upgrading of both third party and in-house business applications. This position will work closely with Developers, and business users in the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science Or
- Bachelor's Degree Information Management Or
- Bachelor's Degree Information Systems Or
- Bachelor's Degree Information Technology Or
- Bachelor's Degree Management Information Systems Or
- Bachelor's Degree Software Engineering Technology
- Successfully pass a security sensitive background screening
