The Analyst Workforce Analytics & Planning 4 will be the leading Subject Matter Expert in Workforce data analysis & planning. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of program responsibilities and technology maintenance. Responsible for utilizing Workforce Analytics and other data analysis and modeling tools to develop reports and interpret reports for business leaders and stakeholders. Lead the development of modeling and alignment of initiatives to organization goals. Will lead requirements gathering and development of forecasts and models in support of enterprise short-, mid- and long-term workforce planning activities. Supports the discussion for short, mid & long-term staffing needs between People & Culture, Financial Services, Business Planning, and business stakeholders.


Tasks and Responsibilities

Maintain the Success Factors Workforce Analytics (WFA) module and related tools

Meet with business area leaders and stakeholders routinely to consult on workforce plans, talent gaps and future workforce needs
Develop and update dashboards and self-service reports and educate leaders/stakeholders on use and capabilities
Partner with HRIS to identify and validate inputs into the WFA module to ensure accurate reporting
Develops and maintains dashboard, reports, visualizations outside of WFA to engage with business area leaderships and provide them with accurate and on-time information
Leads the development of analytics and modeling tools
Trains, develops and mentors junior analysts to take on more complex tasks and increasing levels of responsibilities
Oversee or take part in special projects and model development to support organizational initiatives
Partner with Financial Services/Budget Planning on alignment of future headcount needs
Partner with other Human Resources functions to identify data and connection needs to enhance reporting capabilities
Minimum Skills


Minimum Knowledge and Abilities

Experience in a role requiring application of advanced analytic skills (financial analyst, business analyst, data analyst, statistical analyst etc.)

Experience with developing forecasts and/or models

Advanced experience with various analytics tools such as (Excel, WFA, Tableau)

Advanced experience with SAP (or related ECM or HCM systems)

Experience running reports and queries with SAP (or related ECM or HCM systems)

Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

Advanced data mining and query skills

Good facilitation skills

Strong analytic and decision-making abilities

Ability to translate requirements into actionable deliverables

Strong ability to collaborate skills

Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

Excellent active listening skills

Skills and experiences utilizing project management

Effective team player with the ability to work with and through othersPreferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in analytics

Significant experience SAP and Success Factors Workforce Analytics module
Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification or Change Management training
Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts
Certifications in Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics
Extensive experience with data visualization techniques
Capacity planning experience

Working Environment

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.

Employee may potentially be exposed to hazardous chemicals, wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather, noisy and dusty environment. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.

After hours work may be required. Must be available for work during storms and system emergencies.Physical Demands

Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

If the use of arm and/or leg control requires exertion of forces greater than that of sedentary work and if the worker sits most of the time, the job is considered light work.
