The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $64,538.40 - $80,673
Job Summary
Responds to basic and complex customer service issues including credit, billing and accounting. Reviews reports to ensure HEFPA and tariff compliance.
Key Responsibilities
+ Working knowledge of PC based programming skills + Problem solving skills + Strong communications skills.
+ 3-4 years of customer service experience + Proficiency in Customer Service policy and procedures.
