We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join the manufacturing team, that has the experience operating Amada, Trumpf, Mits or any other laser brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and experience with various fabrication techniques. Duties
•Operate laser cutting machines to fabricate components as per engineering specifications.
•Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
•Utilize hand tools and press brake machines for secondary operations on fabricated parts training to be provided
•Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
•Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
•Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
•Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
•Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
•Experience with laser cutting, plasma cutting, and fabrication processes.
•Familiarity with hand tools, press brake machines, and welding techniques is preferred.
•Ability to program CNC machinery is a plus.
•Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
