Onsite/ 3rd shift

Purpose of Role: Burns fins, contact notches and other irregularities off castings. Working Environment: Concrete terrain, 80+ noise factor, dust, fumes, carbon dust off rods, ultra-violet radiation, vibration from gun, and heat from castings. Physical Demands Required to manipulate castings 15 - 1200 lbs. using arc rod holder, standing working with arc castings, walking around area, occasional bending to arc casting, be able to reach to manipulate casting on worktable, pushing and pulling 15 – 1200 lbs. castings, be able to grasp arc rod holder, push buttons on controls on arc air machine.
