We are seeking an AI Operations Engineer – Enterprise Systems to design, implement, and secure AI-powered automation across our front and back-office systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS, and related enterprise platforms). This role will establish our AI/MLOps framework, enforce governance and security standards, and deliver rapid proof-of-concepts that demonstrate business value.
- Build scalable pipelines for data ingestion, model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring across Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS, and other enterprise applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI models and automations, ensuring reproducibility and version control.
- Develop API and integration scripts to connect AI models with enterprise platforms.
- Enforce AI governance guardrails: approved data usage, access controls, audit logging, and compliance reviews.
- Partner with IT Security to ensure enterprise-wide AI projects are vetted before production deployment.
- Establish monitoring and alerting for AI solutions touching sensitive business data.
- Deliver rapid, secure POCs to prove AI value across business functions, such as:
- Front Office: Case summarization, opportunity data enrichment, CPQ.
- Back Office: Invoice automation, anomaly detection in financial data.
- HRIS : HR ticket routing, compliance monitoring.
- Transition successful pilots into production-ready, secure workflows.
- Monitor AI performance across enterprise systems (accuracy, drift, uptime).
- Optimize pipelines and integrations for speed, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Report AI Ops metrics to leadership, showing adoption and business impact.
- 0-3 years experience in software engineering, DevOps/MLOps, or enterprise system integration.
- Strong coding skills in Python (required); experience with APIs, SQL, automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, HRIS integrations.
- Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML services and pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Understanding of security best practices and governance in enterprise environments.
- Experience with LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations).
- Background in enterprise data pipelines (ETL/ELT tools-Workato.).
- Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks (privacy, compliance, bias monitoring).
- Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
