The Agile Operations Lead is accountable for overseeing and guiding a team of Scrum Masters. This role involves staffing, coaching, mentoring, and facilitating Agile practices to ensure fast product development through transparency, inspection, and adaptation. The Agile Operations Lead is recognized as an expert in Agile methodologies and works independently, under minimal guidance from higher management.
