Aeration + Seeding Technician

Tasks

- Safely operates both ride-on and push behind aerators.

- Applies products and materials with accuracy and efficiency using push spreaders.

- Assist crew leaders and team in providing quality aeration and seed services.

- Keeps accurate treatment records.

- Helps customers understand services provided.

- Responds promptly to requests from office.

- Securely and safely maintains service vehicle, equipment, and materials.

Wage Range: $18.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.

- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving [preferred, not required]

- At least 18 years old or older [requirement to drive a company vehicle]

- Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew
