The opportunity

Our Social Impact team is focused on building stronger communities where we live and work and creating measurable positive societal impacts that mitigate social risk and create shared value. We are looking for an Advisor, Social Impact to support execution of our giving strategy across the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the U.S. regional giving program while also supporting our enterprise-wide employee participation initiatives.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Community Relations, Environment, and Sustainability as well as employees and community members to enhance and protect the company’s brand and reputation through strategic giving initiatives in communities where TC Energy operates. Your ability to balance community needs with evolving business priorities will be critical to advancing our social impact and sustainability targets.

Preferred Qualifications* Familiarity with Benevity or other grants management software

Minimum Qualifications:* 5 – 8 years of professional experience in a social impact, community relations, communications, or a nonprofit environment
