About Red Chris

Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. Red Chris currently operates as an open-pit copper and gold mine with a promising future to transition to a high-value underground block cave operation. Your Impact

As an Advisor, Social Performance Systems, you will play a key role in driving sustainable and responsible mining practices at Red Chris Mine. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with social performance obligations, strengthen community relations, and support Newmont’s commitment to transparency through robust data and reporting systems. By supporting community engagement and contributing to long-term social investment initiatives, you will directly impact our ability to operate responsibly and build meaningful relationships with Indigenous groups and local stakeholders. The salary for this position is between 83,000-111,000 and based on skills and experience.
