Purpose

The Mechanical Advisor – Reliability plays a key role in optimizing mechanical asset performance across the fixed plant at Red Chris Mine. This role focuses on developing and refining mechanical maintenance strategies, supporting failure analysis, and driving initiatives that improve equipment reliability and extend asset life. The advisor will use field knowledge and reliability tools to improve uptime and reduce costs.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$83,400-$111,180. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
