- Job location: Calgary, Alberta
- Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts

- Collaborate with business units to understand business needs and position requirements to devise appropriate recruitment strategies
- Create and manage all requisitions and applicants through the Candidate Management System
- Drive Canadian Natural brand awareness by partnering with schools and career centers, student clubs, faculty and taking part of industry advisory boards within these post-secondary institutions
- Attract qualified candidates by managing a targeted campus recruitment strategy and executing it through sponsorships, social media, school job boards, virtual and in-person career fairs and networking events
- Actively participate in the recruiting process with hiring managers including screening resumes, preparing interview questions, coordinating and conducting behavior-based interviews with candidates, applying appropriate selection processes and issuing offers
- Provide direct HR advisory support to our student employees as their primary point of contact
- Relevant post-secondary degree program, complemented by at least four years of Human Resources experience in the area of recruitment and selection
- Strong communication skills with the ability to network with internal HR, business reps, internal leadership, external vendors, schools, and candidates
- Oil and gas industry experience will be considered an asset
- Superior organizational and project management skills are required
