# Job Description

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare, fit, and assemble pipe systems and complex turbine components using precision tools and techniques.

- Perform high-quality welding using TIG (GTAW) and/or FCAW processes in all positions—both on and off the gas turbine unit.

- Work with high alloy materials, interpreting detailed drawings and maintaining tight tolerances.

- Operate welding equipment, power tools, rigging devices, and precision measuring instruments.

- Collaborate closely with your team to meet manufacturing targets and ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

- Support production by taking on related tasks and cross-functional duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

- At least 18 years of age

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and manufacturing assessment

- Willingness to work 3rd shift (11PM-7AM), overtime, and occasional weekends

- Comfortable working in a tobacco-free environment and wearing all required PPE

Who You Are:

- Graduate of an accredited welding program OR have 2+ years of industrial or commercial welding experience

- Certified or able to certify in TIG (GTAW) and/or FCAW (Flux Core) welding through required testing

- Skilled at fitting piping systems and working with high alloy metals

- Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety

- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift

Tools & Materials You’ll Work With:

- TIG and FCAW welding equipment and supplies

- Pipe systems, fittings, and combustion components

- Cranes, forklifts, grinders, and blending tools

- Measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and custom fixtures

Fabricator A:

Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $30.337 - 31.482. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e. 2nd or 3rd shift. Plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is expected to close on Sept 15th, 2024.
