Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for an Administrative Specialist opportunity in Oak Ridge, TN.
- Performs operational duties in support of regulatory, security, and industry practices and compliance documentation.
- Respond to specific requests by searching, locating, retrieving, and delivering records or information through established procedures and delivery systems in a timely manner.
- Verify completeness/thoroughness of the records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform assigned tasks supporting the implementation of the organization's approved retention schedule.
- Comply with records security classification policy and procedures.
- Protect records by monitoring environmental controls and following established procedures to control access. Communicate and interact with customers to provide effective customer service.
- Prepare documents for imaging.
- Operate imaging and microfilm equipment to create quality-level document images and store electronic images in approved electronic information systems.
- Additional site and job-specific training may be required.
- High School diploma or equivalent, and 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Security Clearance.
