We are looking to add an office admin to our team at Professional Safety Solutions. We are a small business located in Broussard, LA.
- Must have experience in excel, word and pdf
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and can work 40 hours per week
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Job responsibilities will consist of data entry, running reports, gathering information, comparing data, saving certifications, creating forms/handouts, answering phones and many other tasks that arise due to client needs.
This position will pay between $12 - $15 depending on experience and skills with room to grow and move up as the company grows. IRA with up to 3% company match and company paid life insurance.
