Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (1-hour lunch daily) Compensation: $13–$15 per hour, depending on experience (Candidates with relevant property management experience may be considered for a higher rate.)
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in handling both office and client-facing responsibilities. This role requires a balance of professional communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Take accurate messages and relay information promptly
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Use office technology and smartphones (iPhone) efficiently
- Support scheduling, filing, and data entry as needed
- Assist with light home/office maintenance coordination when required
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Professional appearance and business casual dress
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and general PC/smartphone use
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Confident and professional when answering calls or interacting with clients
- Strong common sense and judgment in handling tasks and solving problems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative without constant direction
- Well-organized with attention to detail

- First 90 days are probationary. No call-ins, sick days, or absences are permitted during this time except for a death in the family.
- Paid Holidays: Federal holidays are paid immediately upon employment (if they fall on business days).
- Sick Days: 3 paid sick days available after the 90-day probationary period. A doctor’s note is required if absent more than one day. If absent the day before or after a holiday, the holiday will not be paid.
- Vacation: 1 week of paid vacation available after 1 year of employment.
