Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Testing Department. This role will serve as the right-hand to the Testing Manager, ensuring smooth coordination of testing operations, personnel tracking, inventory management, and documentation. - Process timecards including job numbers, hours worked, and lunch breaks
- Track and verify receipts (hotels, fuel, expenses) and ensure proper submission with job numbers
- Maintain inventory and tool records, including stock levels and deployment status
- Monitor deployment schedules and site assignments
- Track personnel movements and return dates
- Maintain deployment and daily checklists
- Schedule training sessions and manage online training calendars
- Track DOT physicals and log books
- Utilize Miscrosoft Office, such as Excel and Word for tracking and reporting
- Collaborate closely with the Testing Manager to align on goals and processes
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience, or an Associate degree or an Administrative certification
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments (Construction Management, Warehouse, Sales)
- Experience in the solar industry or similair field is a plus
- Primarily office-based with frequent sitting and standing
- Occasionally required to move or lift objects up to 30 lbs
