The Administrative Assistant Confidential performs a wide-range of activities to support the Transmission function and will work closely with the Supervisor, Administration and other team members to ensure all administrative needs are met.
- Perform iExpense and credit card reconciliation tasks as delegated for various Transmission Leadership Team members and others.
- Assist with the coordination of Corporate Employee Programs, including United Way, Arts & Education, and volunteer/charitable activities.
- Assist with confidential work in Transmission, including but not limited to reporting, personnel forms and consultant details, all which include confidential and/or personal information.
- Review Transmission organization charts and distribution lists and ensure accuracy.
- Perform other day-to-day activities including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, schedule coordination, preparation of presentations, expense accounts and personnel paperwork, typing, filing and supply ordering.
- Serve as back-up TRIS Administrator functions for the Transmission Segment. Includes schedule changes, changes to payroll distribution, workgroup maintenance, adjustments, etc.
- Create requisitions for materials, or services, as directed or from bills of material using EMPRV, iPRoc, or other applications as appropriate.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of Transmission employees as directed.
- Coordinate Leadership Team schedules as appropriate for meetings and other events.
- Schedule and monitor maintenance of printers, copiers and other equipment.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three or more years of relevant clerical/administrative experience required.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software packages such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook; Administrator experience with TRIS timekeeping system; knowledge of SharePoint; EMPRV and/or Oracle ebusiness experience; high level of administrative skills and the ability to work with both internal and external clients in an independent and professional manner; able to provide a high amount of support in a fast-paced environment; and ability to multi-task.
The Administrative Assistant Confidential works a standard day-shift in a confidential office environment, but may also need to occasionally work off-hours for project needs, support, and events as needed.

Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
