We only consider applicants who complete this assessment. It takes ~30 minutes and helps us identify candidates who are comfortable with the type of work we do. You’ll hear back either way.

What you’ll do (first 3 months):

- Calculate and reconcile commissions for 50+ sales reps (bi-weekly cycles)

- Spot and resolve payout errors before payroll cutoffs

What you might take on next (if time allows):

- Streamline repetitive workflows (e.g., cut down 6-hour reporting tasks to 90 minutes)

- Reconcile accounts

- Suggest and test NetSuite process improvements

Schedule & location:

- 3 days/week in-office (Albuquerque, near Uptown)

- 2 days/week remote

Requirements

Tools:

- NetSuite

- Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups)

- CRM or payroll tools (nice to have, not required)

- Have past experience with commissions or account reconciliations

- Spot errors in data quickly and enjoy fixing them

- Prefer spreadsheets over long meetings
