Required Qualifications
- Must be a Doyon shareholder
- Working towards Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Experience using Excel
- Ability to perform accurate and timely work in an organized and efficient manner
- Experience applying basic accounting concepts, entering journal entries and transactions, using financial systems for data entry and reporting, supporting AP/AR and expense processes, maintaining organized files, and assisting with month-end close activities.
- WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Enter journal entries and data into the accounting systems
- Assist with account maintenance, filing, incoming mail
- Support expense report processing
- Assisting accountants with transactional and month-end close activities
- Perform account reconciliations
- Support special accounting projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
