Our company is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work in the Accounting Department.
- Reconcile invoices to purchase orders
- Support Accounting Department staff
- Primary reception to visitors and customers
- Prepare communications, as needed
- Maintain filing systems
- Assist Estimating Department with submittals
- Should have 5 years of equivalent experience, construction accounts payable experience a plus
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 to include Excel, Word document and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Able to work well with minimal supervision as well as with other colleagues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and has a positive attitude
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment physical, drug screening and background check
