The person in this position will support the recording and reporting of the financial activities of the company, both internally and externally. The person will assist in financial and compliance audits, SEC and government compliance reporting. Maintain financial records, reconciliations and data integrity are also included in the position.
Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Record journal entries for monthly closing of company ledgers
- Prepare internal financial reports and associated analysis of reports
- Prepare financial statements for external reporting and related analysis
- Prepare account reconciliations and related reports
- Prepare documents and data for reporting to the SEC, investor relations and treasury department
- Assist in audits, special projects and analysis as required
- Complete governmental compliance reports
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Perform other related duties as required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-3 years working with financial statements
- Preferred experience with manufacturing or public accounting
- Preferred experience with J.D. Edwards Enterprise-One financial systems software
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be PC proficient and have advanced skills in MS Excel and Word. D. Edwards Enterprise-One experience is preferred.
