Pay: Starts at $50,000 Per Year w/ bonus program depending on KPIs being met.

Primary Job Duties:

- Balance sheet accountants reconciled by Day 1 of close.

- Weekly Variance Reporting

- Responsible for AR and AP.

- Ensure proper accounting for all business transactions daily.

- Perform lead role for month end closing process.

- Ensure all assets and liabilities are reconciled monthly.

- Ensure software applications are current.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business with a focus in Accounting/Finance

- 3+ years accounting work experience

- Proficient with Microsoft Office products

- Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

- Excellent understanding of accounting rulesprocedures including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

- Outstanding communication and people skills

- Self-Drive, Motivation and ability to think outside the box.

- Superior organizationaltime management skills

- Great attitude under pressure
