Position Specific Description

The Transactional Accounting Operations team is seeking an Accountant II at our headquarters in Juno Beach, Florida. In this position, you will support various business units across the enterprise with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, cash applications, and other ad hoc responsibilities.

Job Overview

Employees in this role assist in researching, analyzing and reporting on issues that affect the company, recommending possible solutions, and assisting with the follow-up activities to resolve them.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Assists in preparing financial reports in a timely manner that are in compliance with GAAP and accurately reflect the financial status of the company

- Keeps abreast of and apply GAAP, SEC regulations, and relative company policies, practices and procedures

- Ensures accounting integrity of corporate financial data through the implementation of appropriate internal controls

- Prepares schedules and journal entries

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's - Accounting / Finance / Business

- Experience: 1+ years

- Master's - Business Administration
