Job Description
Job Summary:
CLEAResult is seeking an Associate Account Manager to coordinate a utility energy efficiency program with residential customers, contractors, agencies, and groups by performing the duties outlined below. This position is based in Lowell, Arkansas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead an energy efficiency pathway that provides financial incentives to contractors
•Engage in outreach efforts that effectively promote and drives program participation
•Recruit, train, and manage a network of contractors to participate in the utility energy efficiency program
•Develop and manage a pipeline of energy efficiency projects that will allow our client to meet the program goals
•Review projects submitted by customers and contractors to ensure data accuracy
•Manage and track the performance metrics of residential contractors
•Oversee and report program projects and status in an accurate and timely manner
•Identify and make recommendations for program improvement
•Work on special projects as assigned
Experience/Education/Certification/License(s):
•Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience required
•5-8 years of experience in a professional position preferably in sales, consulting, customer service or similar field
•BPI and/or CEM certification preferred
•Experience or knowledge in energy efficiency, HVAC, lighting, or sales preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
•Can communicate clearly with clients, customers, and partners about utility programs.
•Possess the technical skills and knowledge required to perform essential tasks in an efficient and effective manner
•Experience with data tracking software systems
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Windows
•Construction background a plus
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
•Ability to drive/travel throughout a defined territory
•Specific vision abilities required by this job include daily use of a PC
•While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
•The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit and reach with hands and arms, and climb a ladder
•Perform all the above while always using safe working practices
Travel:
•May require travel up to 30% including overnight stays
Management/Supervisory Responsibilities:
•This job has no supervisory responsibilities
Targeted Compensation Range:
Any salary offered is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. A candidate with greater experience may be offered a more senior title.
