The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor.
Available Schedules (Horarios):•Monday thru Thursday (lunes a jueves), 6:00am - 4:30pm
•Monday thru Thursday (lunes a jueves), 4:30pm - 3:00am
•Friday, Saturday and Sunday (viernes, sabado domingo), 6:00am - 6:30pm
•Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (viernes, sabado domingo), 6:00pm - 6:30am

•Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
•Monitor building’s security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
•Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
•Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
•Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
•Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.
•Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
•Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
•Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
•Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
•Limpiar los edificios incluye: vaciar basura, aspirar los pisos, barrer, trapear y limpiar las superficies asignadas
•Supervisar la seguridad del edificio cerrando puertas después de las horas de operación y verificar el uso de electrodomésticos para garantizar que no se creen riesgos.
•Usar adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
•Usar productos químicos de limpieza aprobados, y usando el adecuado EPP (Equipo de Protección Personal) al igual deben cumplir con las SDS (las hojas de datos de seguridad que proporcionan información valiosa para el programa de salud y la seguridad de los empleados)
•Limpiar ventanas, particiones de vidrio y espejos, usando limpiadores, esponjas y jabones adecuados.
•Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias.
•Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
•Llegar a tiempo para el turno programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
•Identificar e informar las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que estén bien mantenidos.
•Entrenar en otras tareas o áreas asignadas por el Supervisor.
A General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of buildings, make sure buildings are closed securely. Reports any issues, complaints to Supervisor and/or Route Manager.
