4-slide operator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment within a manufacturing facility. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Positive attitude

- Good Attendance

- Set up 4-Slide machines for production

- Follows PMD quality procedures for running production

- Collaborates with other departments as needed

- Follows safety policies and procedures

- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

- 2+ years prior experience with 4-Slides a plus but not required

- High school diploma or GED

- Basic math skills

- 2+ years manufacturing experience

- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Customer service mindset

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

- Safety mindset and acceptance of a safety culture

- Must be able to lift/move up to twenty pounds frequently

- Must be able to adhere to extended periods of standing, walking or sitting.
