2nd Shift Production Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 2nd Shift Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and tools within a production environment. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall quality of our products.

Responsibilities

- Assemble metal parts and components according to blueprints, schematics, or work instructions.

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.

- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and proper fit before and after assembly.

- Measure, align, and position materials to ensure correct assembly.

- Perform grinding, drilling, riveting, and fastening as needed for metal fabrication.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Assist with material handling, including lifting, moving, and staging parts.

- Report defective parts, equipment malfunctions, or assembly issues to supervisors.

- Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Must be able to stand for 8-10+ hours/day

Mandatory Overtime including Saturday

Hours: 3:30 PM-12AM including OT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
