2nd Shift Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

- Operate metal finishing machinery including blasters, belt sanders, die grinders, and other equipment necessary to complete the process in compliance with our Quality systems and procedures

- Maintain and clean work area and adhere to all safety precautions

- Inspect metal parts to ensure compliance with our Quality standards

- Complete tasks as assigned by the department leader

Requirements

- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields preferred

- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment

- Ability to handle physical workload and stand for extended periods.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Schedule

- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

- Overtime available as needed
