Position Summary
Set-up, program and run CNC machine
Typical schedule: 1st Shift 5:00am-1:30pm (Monday-Friday)
2nd Shift 1:30pm-12:00am (Monday-Thursday)
Duties & Responsibilities
•Run parts to pre-determined rates
•Use inspection equipment to check dimensions to ensure quality parts
•Make necessary changes to programming to keep parts in tolerance
•Ability to read customer and Company provided blueprints proficiently
•Ability to complete necessary set-up procedures
•Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance on machine
•Using measuring devices, such as calipers and tape measures
Qualifications
•One year certificate from college or technical school: or three to six months related experience and/or training.
•Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs., bend, squat, twist, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
•Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime
•Prompt and reliable attendance require
