The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management, safety and security of the athletic/school site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that health and safety procedures are carried out.
•Delegate work duties to staff.
•Monitor and assist staff with payroll.
•Co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency.
•Finding solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as late arrival to teams and materials.
•Be main key holder for athletic site.
•Work with security staff to report necessary security issues both during normal opening hours and out of hours.
•Investigate accidents and provide documentation to the department of athletics.
•Maintain and manage a schedule of works to ensure that the site is kept operational.
•Ensure accurate records are kept of all work carried out.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of particular sport
2. Previous site manager experience
3. Excellent communication skills
