Tri-Arc Manufacturing has immediate openings for 1st & 2nd Shift, Machine Operators and Paint & Assembly Technicians. EXPERIENCE

- 6 + months of general labor experience

- Experience with hand tools (drills, grinders, etc.) helpful, but not required

PAY RATE & HOURS

Paint / Assembly Technicians

- 1st Shift: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm (may change to 6:00 am to 2:00 pm), Monday to Friday │$23.37 an hour

- 2nd Shift 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, (may change to 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm), Monday to Friday │$23.97 an hour

Machine Operators

- 1st Shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday │$23.37 an hour

- 2nd Shift 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday │$23.97 an hour

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Machine Operator

- Measures steel part dimensions and reads job specifications to determine adjustments and material requirements

- Position steel parts against stops, aligns layout marks with die/blade; pushes button(s) and/or depresses pedal(s) to activate machine

- Inspects and observes machine operations to locate defects or inefficiencies

- Operates various punch presses, drill presses, sheet metal press brakes and tube bending equipment

- Other job duties as assigned as production needs require

Paint Technician

- Sprays manufactured products with protective coating, powder, and paint

- Operates spray gun filled with paint, powder, and other liquids to coat products

- Other job duties as assigned or needed in the paint department

Assembly Technician

- Bolts, clips screws, cements, and fastens parts together

- Tends machines such as nut drivers and riveting machines to perform force fitting and/or fastening operations

- Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.

- Other job duties as assigned as production needs require

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.37 - $23.97 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
