1st, 2nd or Split Shift Machine/Production Operators

Employee-Owned, we are "Bent on Perfection" as an established metal fabricating manufacturer.

- Full-time, Monday through Thursday 1st shift (5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.). Fridays off. OT as needed;

- Job Description:

- The Machine/Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that machines are running efficiently, and producing high-quality parts in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines. The operator performs regular inspections, monitors equipment performance, and assists with minor repairs or adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery according to production specifications

- Monitor production output to ensure quality and efficiency

- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety issues

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

- Accurately complete production logs and reports

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience operating industrial equipment such as presses, CNC, robotic welders is preferred

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings is helpful

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is preferred

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
