Blue Chip Maintenance, a family owned maintenance company is seeking for Experienced Handyman/Maintenance person! We do home maintenance and repair throughout Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia. The following skills—Flooring Tech, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Drywall, Painting, and more—will be required of candidates. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in all areas of Tampa, Florida. We are searching for someone who can work independently, is trustworthy, knowledgeable about their own tools, and has experience interacting with tenants and homeowners. Along with performing daily maintenance and repairs, you will provide estimates for properties.

Requirements:

-You must have your own TRUCK, SUV or VAN for material purposes

-You must do good quality work and has great customer service skills

-You must pass a background check

-You must have valid driver's license

-You must own a standard set of tools to perform skills/trades.
