049 - Finish Saw - Finishing Saw Operator
3rd Shift: 11pm-7am
Job Summary:•Operates the finish saw.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for operating the Finish Saw.
•Follows safe work procedures
•Cuts material to according to each dies correct length and tolerance using basic calibrated measuring devices. (tape measure, square, calipers)
•Competes all forms and process sheets in PLEX.
•Prepares samples for lab testing.
•Routine daily maintenance and report maintenance issues to a supervisor.
•Bundle Scrap per work instructions.
•Maintain traceability with steel stamping.
•Work as a team with the Finish Saw Assistant to maintain product flow.
•Other duties as assigned

•Demonstrate ability to set up and operate equipment without supervision.
•Demonstrate ability to run equipment without breakdown and maintain productivity based on historical run times.
•Demonstrate ability to produce defect-free parts.
•Demonstrate the ability to complete all applicable paperwork associated with this job title.
•Individuals are familiar with lockout/tagout, and other safety related issues associated with this job title.
