Power System Consultant

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Consultant for our Power Consulting group headquartered in Raleigh North, Carolina. Power Consulting is focused on solving tomorrow’s power challenges today. Our business in North America is expanding and this is a brand-new position. This is a great opportunity to bring your passion and energy and plug into and develop our consulting services group to help customers identify their challenges and recommend tailored solutions for their specific needs. Power Consulting operates as an independent organization that is product and system-agnostic with deeply embedded knowledge of technologies, standards, and local grid codes worldwide. This gives us freedom to recommend the best solutions from across the energy industries portfolio, while drawing upon internal expertise for specific technologies. In Power Consulting, many of the studies we perform are geared towards integrating renewable generation and modernizing the grid.
