We’re on the hunt for a dependable, problem-solving machine to join our team and take charge of the day-to-day field operations. This isn’t your average 9–5. We need a boots-on-the-ground support person who thrives outside the office, keeps projects moving, crews supported, and customers happy. You’ll be the bridge between sales, production, subcontractors, and suppliers—making sure every job goes off without a hitch.

•Act as the go-to for subcontractors when questions or curveballs come flying.
•Deliver missing materials like a hero and troubleshoot job site hiccups on the fly.
•Snap job photos and jot clean, helpful notes in our system—start to finish.
•Spot issues like bad decking, rot, or poor install practices and get ‘em fixed fast.
•Keep timelines tight and communication flowing across the team.

•Represent Champ with pride and professionalism in every interaction.
You're a Fit If You:
•Have experience in roofing, siding, gutters, or general construction.
•Know your way around a ladder, roofline, and job site cleanup checklist.
•Can lift 50+ lbs and don’t mind climbing roofs.
•Love solving problems and making the team better every day.
•Are cool with tech—photos, notes, apps, and CRMs don’t scare you.
•Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
•Work independently and own your role like a boss.
Bonus Points If You:
•Speak Spanish and English
•Have experience as a Field Superintendent or Production Manager
•Know a thing or two about local permitting and inspections
•Can handle light repairs or punch list corrections if needed
What’s in It for You?
•A tight-knit, hard-working team that gets the job done—and has fun doing it
