Duties

Under indirect supervision to assist in operating tripper coal conveyor and breaker and in the maintenance of coal handling equipment and ash sluicing and ash handling equipment and in the movement and location of coal cars; to maintain landscaped property and do general driving and minor maintenance work on trucks and do miscellaneous hauling and perform other related work; under direct supervision to assist employees of higher classification.* Assist, as directed, in coal handling activities, operating controls and levers, lubricating equipment and assisting in a variety of duties in connection with tripper coal conveyor and other equipment.

Qualifications Must meet the Company's requirements as to general qualifications, must have all the qualifications of Station Helper and, in addition, must have the following qualifications* Graduation from high school or applicable equivalent in either job training or study.
