Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Yard & Warehouse Associate to join our Sacramento branch. This role is responsible for pulling orders, staging materials, loading/unloading trucks, organizing yard inventory, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and orderly work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately pull and stage orders for customers and deliveries

- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and other equipment

- Maintain yard and warehouse organization to ensure materials are accessible

- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before staging or delivery

- Support cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy

- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of warehouse, yard, or material handling experience preferred

- Forklift certification (or ability to become certified) required

- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly

- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits:

- Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
