Yard Supervisor

Satellite Shelters, Inc., a leader in the mobile modular industry, has a great opportunity for a Yard Supervisor to join our team in our Omaha, NE area branch. The right person is a highly organized and safety-oriented individual who is a problem-solver and a HIGHLY effective communicator. Experience in the construction or mobile office industries preferred.

40% - Yard Supervisor: This position is responsible for coordinating the everyday running of the working yard. The Yard supervisor directs the yard technicians in the day to day scheduled activities and projects. They assign task to yard technicians, field service technicians, drivers, and themselves to ensure that units are repaired, prepared, and delivered in a timely manner in accord with Satellite’s quality standards.

60% - Unit Repairs: This position is responsible for maintaining the fleet, monitoring units, and making repairs and modifications as needed. In addition to this, the Yard Supervisor inspects all units before and after they are rented to a vender’s location.

The pay range listed is the base pay range that Satellite Shelters, inc/Satellite Industries, Inc. reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
