SHOP FACILITATOR
Maintain the company shop and yard along with equipment to the standards determined by the superintendent; taking the initiative to ensure that the standards are met at all times. Assist in loading and unloading internal/external trucks & provide support to all areas of the construction teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Maintain the company yard to a professional standard. Responsible for keeping tools and equipment organized and in an orderly, accessible manner.
•Maintain the company storage containers; both those that reside in the yard and those that are returned from various locations. Tools and equipment are to be inventoried, inspected and returned to the appropriate location. Inventory and inspection reports are to be communicated to the superintendent.
•Company vehicles & equipment shall be kept clean at all times. Take the initiative to ensure that vehicles & equipment in the yard are clean, fueled and aesthetically prepared for dispatch.
•Serve as a point of contact for field personnel. Handling on-site needs & drop in customer service.

•The position requires work in an office/maintenance shop environment.

•Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Skills:
- Service technician experience preferred
- Knowledge of engine repair and maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge, including experience with heavy lifting
- Experience as a mechanic or welder is a plus
- Familiarity with dealership operations is beneficial
- Electrical knowledge is desirable
- Experience with diesel engine repair, particularly Kabota engines, is an advantage
